Using PlanAroundMe
PlanAroundMe helps you organise tasks and time. You remain in control of your commitments, estimates and final schedule. AI suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate; review them before applying them.
Your account and content
Keep your account details secure and only add information you are entitled to use. Your organiser belongs to you. PlanAroundMe processes it to provide the features you choose. Do not use the service to disrupt other users, bypass access checks or misuse the AI service.
Plans and AI credits
Free includes manual organising and no personal AI allowance. An invited Free guest can use shared-time AI only when a paid host enables sponsorship, and it uses that host’s existing credits within their chosen limit. Paid plans include a stated number of AI credits for each paid billing month. One successful AI helper request, goal breakdown or planning request uses one credit. A helper request can include one voice note of up to 30 seconds; transcription is included in that credit. Helpful replies and clarification questions also count as successful requests. One successful travel-route optimisation also uses one credit. Failed requests return their credit. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period and do not roll over.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves paid access until the end of the current paid period. There are no automatic credit top-ups or usage overage charges. Payment must be confirmed before new credits are available. A failed payment, full refund or payment dispute can suspend paid access.
Travel estimates
Optional Plus and Pro routes use estimated driving, walking or cycling times, without live traffic or transit timetables. They optimise the visiting order for the selected stops within one free stretch of your day. Allow extra time, confirm the matched addresses and check real-world conditions. A route may be unavailable when the maps service reaches its daily limit.
Availability and backups
Save a backup of important plans. Device storage can be cleared by your browser, and cloud or AI services can be temporarily unavailable. If two devices change an organiser, PlanAroundMe asks which version to keep. AI can pause when the service’s spending limit is reached; manual organising remains available.
Before paid launch
Final prices, support details, refund terms and the service operator’s details will be confirmed before subscriptions open. This preview does not take real payments or promise paid-service availability.
